I will not chase you.

Today, I want to share a little more about my passion for coaching. As it’s something that brings me incredible joy, but simultaneously a lot of questioning and lack of clarity some days.

The truth is, I love what I do, but I will not chase you.

I need to clear the air because you may be someone that needs to hear this from me.

If I send you a message - inviting you to join me, asking you genuine questions about your life or how you’re doing, inquire about topics you want to learn about or ask for feedback to help me be the best coach possible, it’s because I’m real. I’m human. I’m a good person. And I give a really big shit about a lot of things in life, especially helping other people.

But I won’t chase you. The energy that comes from dragging you along I’m learning to bless and release. Why? Because I don’t deserve to feel the effects of negativity. No one does.

I work with people that are kind and responsive.

I work with people that can openly admit they have A LOT to work on and WANT to come to terms with being imperfect.

I work with people that are receptive to change.

I work with people that are serious about working on themselves so they can show up in the best way possible in their life.

And above all - I work with people that PUT IN THE WORK - the hard work AND the heart work. The people that make it a daily practice to fail forward, learn and get better.

If you’re not this kind of person, than it’s not meant to be. And that’s okay. Best to move on.

I just need you to know that if you ARE that kind of person and you keep showing up here for value, connection, community or whatever it may be - don’t ignore the outreach, sister.

My heart breaks that social media has created scrolling as the new norm. And what’s worse? We all have fleeting feelings of associating our worth with the connection or lack there of.

Somehow - we’re becoming programmed to be mindless over mindful and it’s something WE ALL NEED to work on.

The next time you read something that hits your heart or if I ask “how you’re doing?!” or offer a compliment - do yourself a favor and please STOP. Be human in this space and just engage.

When you do - I’ll know you’re my people!! 🙌🏻 And I’ll be here to engage right back - to support you and connect on the REALNESS of life - because that’s what I’m about.

I’m always a quick message away. I want you to know that I’m here to listen to your story, relate to you, talk about the tools that work for me and do all that I can to support you. Please reach out anytime with questions or if you’d like me to evaluate if we’re a good fit to work together (tripleewellness@gmail.com).
