Refining our Vision

As we near the end of January, I’ve found myself digging deeper into our goals for this year. Dave and I have been talking a lot about our future and what we’re working towards. Given that 2019 is already rocking at lightening speed, NOW has been better than ever to refine our vision and dig further into why I do what I do as a wellness coach.

To be honest - I never in a million years thought building a business was in the cards for me. I’m not a business person. I’m not a numbers person. I have absolutely ZERO clue what building a business actually looks like. And while I’ve grown and learned A LOT over the past 2.5 years, there has been a lot of failing and adversity and perseverance involved. I know the passion that’s burning inside me, but I’ve had to do a lot of soul searching to figure out HOW to help others understand what I do, why I do it and how they can do it too.

I think one of the hardest things about building a business is this idea of perfection. I had always assumed everything had to be well aligned and perfectly calculated to launch into action with my ideas.

Pair the entrepreneurial life alongside the unpredictability of parenthood and I’m learning more, every day, that waiting around for the perfect moment is a colossal waste of time.

Whether it’s creating change in your personal wellness journey, taking a leap of faith to move to a new place or try something new, you’ll never 100% know if it’s the right decision. And you’ll definitely never know how to take each step “perfectly”. Because perfect doesn’t exist.

“Don’t let your want for perfection become procrastination.” This is truly one of my favorite quotes as I continue along my journey - personally and with my business. Sometimes closing your eyes and JUMPING is the best plan of action. Then simply having faith and allowing yourself to learn as you fall.

I am OVER THE MOON to launch this next chapter of our wellness business by creating a home for Triple E Wellness online. While we love having the opportunity to connect with people from all over the world in the social media space, having a place to write, share value and tell our story is something I can’t wait to press forward with this year. So, WELCOME!
