The E.M.P.O.W.E.R. Method is a highly personalized wellness and transformation experience designed specifically for women 35-55 who are tired of feeling exhausted, inflamed, stuck, disconnected from their body and frustrated AF by doing “everything right” with little to no results.
This is NOT another restrictive diet, generic workout plan or one-size-fits-all calendar to follow. This is a program that helps you understand what’s actually happening inside your body so we can address the root causes driving symptoms like weight resistance, fatigue, burnout, gut issues, hormone imbalances, brain fog, inflammation and low mood/confidence.
Using advanced functional testing, bio-individual coaching and a strategic step-by-step process - I help you rebuild your health from the inside out by doing the right things, at the right time, in the right order.
