No One Has Time: So STOP Spinning Your Wheels!

“No one has any time” sounds dramatic, but it’s also true!

Between work, family, responsibilities and the mental load that never seems to shut off - most women are already running at full capacity. That’s exactly why continuing to spin your wheels and doing things that don’t move you forward is one of the most exhausting and defeating patterns in midlife health.

When time is limited, guessing is costly.
And for many women, health has turned into years of trial, error and frustration instead of clarity and progress simply because our healthcare system is not set-up to help us be proactive and preventative. So in turn - we have to take matters into our own hands and work together to get educated and to do better - so we can be better - together!

Spinning your wheels often looks “being productive” on the outside.

You’re eating “clean,” working out, skipping desserts, buying supplements, listening to podcasts and trying every new approach that promises answers. But underneath it all, there’s a quiet feeling of stagnation.

Energy is still low.
Weight feels stubborn.
Moods are unpredictable.
Motivation comes and goes.

The problem isn’t a desire to figure it out - it’s the DIRECTION you’re going in.
Remember - busy does not equal effective.
And doing more is rarely the solution when the body is asking for something different.

This is exactly why I start my coaching program exactly where I do. Because I don’t want women to continue spinning your wheels, wasting time and feeling lost on which way to go and what to do to actually help you reach your health goals!

Targeted testing changes everything. Instead of guessing what your body needs, testing allows us to see what’s actually happening beneath the surface. Hormones, metabolism, inflammation, nutrient status, blood sugar regulation. These systems quietly drive how you feel every day. And when they’re dysregulated, no amount of willpower, restriction or hustle will override them. So - testing provides clarity. And clarity is what stops the cycle of wasted time, money, and energy.

The hardest thing I’ve seen over and over again as a women’s health coach is what women lean into instead of diving into targeted testing. Instead - women often continue on and on - spending years under-fueling, over-training, skipping meals or cycling through plans that were never designed for your physiology. All because that’s what the marketing in the health space says you “should” be doing. But - real talk? That is NOT the way!

Targeted testing compresses the timeline. It helps us identify the real drivers behind fatigue, weight loss resistance, brain fog or mood shifts so you can stop chasing random solutions and “should-do’s” that were never meant to work for you.

Instead of asking, “Why isn’t this working for me?”
You can finally ask, “What does my body need right now?”

Let’s not forget the massive energy cost to guessing. When the body doesn’t feel safe or supported, it prioritizes survival over progress. That shows up as burnout, crashes, poor recovery, disrupted sleep and a constant feeling of pushing uphill. Working with targeted data allows you to support your nervous system, balance stress hormones and build strategies that restore energy rather than drain it.

And when energy stabilizes - consistency becomes easier, confidence improves and your health journey starts to feel WAYYY more manageable!

Then when we think about the financial component, targeted testing often saves women money in the long run. Many of you have already invested heavily in supplements, programs and plans that didn’t deliver results. Not because you failed, but because the approach wasn’t personalized to YOU and your needs.

Testing and having a coach that builds you a highly personalized plan helps eliminate unnecessary spending by showing what actually matters, what can be removed, and where simple foundational shifts will outperform expensive “fixes.”

At the end of the day, this isn’t about doing more or trying harder.
It’s about respect - for your time, your energy and your body.

When time is limited, the most powerful thing you can do is stop spinning your wheels, slow down, get intentional and start building a personalized strategy rooted in data, compassion and alignment with your physiology!

That’s when progress stops feeling exhausting and starts feeling sustainable.
And that’s when health finally supports your life the way you deserve!

None of us have any time - so why waste it continuing to “guess” your way to what your body needs?!
