Faith Vs. Fear - What is Fueling Your Health Journey?
I heard something recently that stopped made me pause in a big way…
“Fear and faith are the same thing. Both ask you to believe in something you can’t see.”
Think about that for a minute.
Because it’s true! Both require us to invest energy into the unknown.
But the difference is, one expands us and one protects us. And one definitely keeps us stuck!
Fear keeps us looping in doubt, replaying past failures, staying small and keeping it safe.
Faith on the other hand?
Faith asks us to grow.
To trust.
To move - even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.
Most often - we’ve already practiced faith and we may not even realize it.
We’ve trusted things when we felt totally unsure.
We’ve walked into hard seasons with no roadmap on what to do.
We’ve made decisions without clarity, only hoping it will all work out.
So the question isn’t if you can believe…
It’s where you’re placing your belief right now?
When it comes to health specifically…
Your hormones. Your energy. Your mood. Your body changing in midlife…
Are you leaning into possibility?
Or is your energy focused most on the fear that "anything you try won’t work for you?"
Because here’s what I see every single day with women:
It’s not about lacking motivation.
Or not having enough discipline.
Often - it’s about carrying around old stories rooted in fear:
“I’ve tried that before and nothing helped me.”
“I fall ‘off the wagon’ and I don’t know how to keep going.”
“My body doesn’t respond anymore, so I feel like giving up is easier.”
“Maybe this is just how it is now and I’m supposed to feel terrible as I age.”
And because of the all-consuming fear and the old narratives, women stay stuck!
Going inward, spiraling, just muscling through it all alone.
Without asking for more help, guidance and direction - even when they desperately want support.
But hear me clearly:
In my world - we’re not doing that anymore.
Because you don’t deserve to feel depleted, puffy, with no energy for the life you’ve prayed for.
Instead, we’re stepping into resilience. Into alignment.
Into a much deeper understanding of our bodies rather than fighting them.
All through leaning on FAITH and targeted information that actually works for your evolving physiology.
Healing begins when belief shifts:
From “My body is the problem” → “My body is communicating with me.”
From “What if it doesn’t work?” → “What if this finally clicks?”
Having more FAITH is the fuel.
But that doesn't show up after the results — it’s what creates the results.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need the courage to take steps in the direction of asking for help, creating a plan that works for YOUR body and having a guide to support you every step of the way.
