What Women 35+ Wish Doctors Would Tell Them…
Let’s talk about something most women over 35 experience…
but very few are actually prepared for.
Fatigue. Mood swings. Bloating.
Weight gain that makes zero sense.
Sleep struggles.
And that frustrating feeling of being totally unlike yourself - no matter how “healthy” you’re trying to be.
You’ve probably heard:
“It's just stress.”
“You're getting older.”
“Try yoga.”
“Eat less. Move more.”
And if you're lucky, someone might mention menopause -
But no one talks about what happens long before that.
Here are 3 things I wish doctors would have told me/and all women long before hitting midlife…
1. That hormonal shifts start years (even a decade) before menopause!
2. That being tired all the time isn’t just “normal” or “in your head.”
3. That eating less and pushing harder is a one-way ticket to burnout, not results!
But like so many women, I was sort of brushed off. I felt kind of heard - but wasn’t really guided.
I was given generic advice and left to figure it out on my own. Sound familiar?
