Why NOW is the Time to Invest in Health
September is here and with it comes the beauty of fall and a season of transition.
But let’s be honest - seasonal shifts can feel overwhelming AF! Between kids going back to school, schedules changing, energy fluctuating and emotions running high, it’s easy to feel like you’re barely keeping up.
I get it. I felt it, too. This summer flew by and I wasn’t quite ready for the shift into fall. But now that my family has found a rhythm, I’ve been reminded of something powerful:
with a little grace and recalibration, a new season can be the perfect time to reset.
And that’s exactly what I want to invite you into this month! An opportunity to reset your health, your energy and your sense of well-being. Instead of resisting it, what if you used this season as an opportunity to take stock of how you feel - physically, mentally, and emotionally?

If you’re new here, HI!! I’m Erin. I’m a mom of four, a certified functional health coach, personal trainer and nutrition coach. I’ve been in the wellness space for over a decade and over the past 5 years - I’ve expanded my work to focus deeply on functional, holistic health - especially for women in midlife.
I’m super passionate about helping women understand their female physiology because truth bomb? Most of us were never taught what our cycles, hormones and changing bodies really mean for our health, mood, energy and longevity! And when we do learn to work with our bodies instead of against them? Everything shifts.

1:1 Coaching
This is for the woman who wants a deeply personalized experience. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of your health challenges through testing, bio-individual nutrition and fitness strategies alongside supplementation support. If you’re craving tailored, high-touch guidance, this is for you!
Group Coaching
This is for the woman who thrives in community and connection. You’ll learn about holistic health, working with your physiology, sustainable habits and long-term wellness rhythms, all while walking alongside other women who are on the same journey.
Both options are designed to empower you with knowledge, practical tools and the accountability to make lasting changes.
Here’s what I want you to know: “normal” is not the same as optimal.
In our current healthcare system, as long as you’re functioning “okay,” you’re considered fine. But I know you want more than fine. You want:

And I know from my own journey - it is possible! There was a time when I could barely get out of bed. My fatigue was crushing, my anxiety unmanageable and my mood unpredictable. But with the right support, knowledge and tools - I got my life back. And I want that for you, too!
