My Hardest & Most Rewarding Health Discovery
Sometimes, the greatest lessons in health come from the moments when everything feels upside down.
Learning more about overactive immune disorder has been one of the hardest, wildest and most rewarding uncoverings on my wellness journey so far. And looking back, I can see where I took steps out of order!
I chased what I thought was “healthy,” trying to fix what I didn’t yet fully understand. But even with those missteps, I’m deeply grateful for the path that led me here - because now, I wholeheartedly understand the order of operations and what true healing requires.
If you’re someone who’s trying everything from changing your diet, to adding supplements and pushing harder in workouts, but nothing seems to make a difference…you’re in good company.
It’s confusing.
It’s exhausting.
You’re doing your best, yet your body keeps sending signals that something is off.
And here’s the truth: when the immune system is in overdrive - inflammation can start to run rampant. And - it can build from so many unexpected places.
Even from what we label as “healthy.”
The protein we add to our meals.
The products we use every day.
The stress we push through without rest.
The routines and habits we’ve normalized that quietly drain our energy.
It can all add up - and sometimes, it backfires. Hi, it’s me. 🙋🏻♀️ That’s been my story.
What I’ve learned through this process is that your body is always communicating. The symptoms, the fatigue, the brain fog, the inflammation - it’s all data. But without understanding how to interpret that data, we end up guessing instead of having a targeted roadmap that can help us heal.
When I began to use targeted data - functional labs, hormone insights and inflammation markers - everything shifted. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building a personalized plan that supported my unique body and history. That’s where real transformation began.
If you’re tired of searching for answers, questioning your symptoms, or feeling misunderstood, please know there is hope.
It’s possible to break through the noise.
It’s possible to uncover what your body has been trying to say.
It’s possible to heal, thrive and feel amazing as your health evolves over time.
If this resonates, start by asking yourself:
What might my body be trying to communicate?
Am I pushing through when I should be pausing?
Where could I bring more curiosity instead of control?
I’m always here to help guide you through it. ♥️ Head over to this instagram post and share your questions with me! I want to know how I can best help you today…
